We do our own elevations and schematics, but we do need an architect with a local licence to work with us too.

We do offer project management and we are happy to help find the right project manager if someone more local is needed to act as the owner’s representative.

Yes! And we also offer landscape design.

This is our first priority. We consider the way the building(s) is sited on the land to take advantage of correct air flow, design as many windows as we are able into the barn, examine the ground that the structure will be built upon and make recommendations for the layers therein for waste settlement (or lack thereof), use equine friendly building materials and consider all of the indoor/outdoor possibilities of the site and stable.
